Returns and exchange policy
We do not allow exchanges. However, we do want you to have a positive experience and consider us for your needs in the future so if for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]
We do accept returns, but only within 7 days from the day you received your order. We’re a new, small business and can’t afford to pay shipping charges so, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Item must be in the original condition at the time of its receipt, otherwise your refund amount will be at our discretion. We do not refund original shipping costs.
If you return an order outside of the 7 day window, only a partial refund may be given.
